Can't wait for...

A Whole Lotta Nothing... I can't wait for it.
I am anticipating the hours and minutes until the time comes for lazy summer afternoons sandcastles at the beach driving with the windows down the warmth of the sun  the dip in the pool the fireworks  the air-conditioned living room as we play Monopoly summer blockbusters to beat the heat stacks of book I "want" to read doing nothing
I can't wait to take in what I took for granted before the jumble of life happened. Before I leapt into  nightly college courses all-nighters to cram for an exam homework..and more homework saying, "tomorrow...I promise."
This summer I will be glad. I won't (or will try really hard not to)  complain about the sweltering heat say that, "I'm bored" worry about things that don't need worrying about
Instead... I'm going to enjoy. And let out that huge breath I've been holding in all year.
Yay! I. Can. Not. WAIT!!
